Terms and Conditions for Our Referral Program
Thank you for participating in our referral program! To ensure a smooth process, please review the following terms and conditions:
Eligibility
- Who Can Refer:
The referral program is open to anyone, including clients, candidates, and individuals not currently affiliated with our agency. - Who Can Be Referred:
- For Candidates: The referred individual must not already be in our database or have been contacted by our team within the past 12 months.
- For Clients: The referred company or department must not already be engaged with us or part of our active prospect list.

Reward Eligibility
- For Candidates:
- The referred candidate must be successfully placed in a role within 12 months of the referral date.
- Placement must be confirmed after the candidate has completed at least 90 days of employment.
- For Clients:
- The referred client must engage our services and complete at least one successful placement within 90 days of the referral.
Reward Details
- Compensation:
- For Candidate Referrals We offer a $1,000 gift card or a donation to a charity of your choice for every successful placement, depending on the position.”
- For Client Referrals: 10% of the first invoice, a $1,000 gift card, or donation to a charity of your choice.
- Payout Timeline:
Rewards will be processed within 30 days after the referral conditions are met.
Additional Terms
- Multiple referrals of the same individual or company will be awarded to the first referrer based on the timestamp of the submission.
- Fraudulent or inaccurate submissions will result in disqualification from the program.
- Our agency reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.
